- From Summit County Take I-70 West towards Copper and Vail
- Take Exit 195 at Copper for CO-91
- Stay on 91 South towards Leadville for 22 miles, then it turns into Hwy 24 (Poplar) as you come into town
- Follow the signs for 24 as Poplar will force you to turn right onto 9th
- When you reach Harrison, go straight across to stay on 9th - the museum will be on your right
